No. This is about Your breath. This is not about, "Well ,do you have a spirit or not?"

See, you can argue that.

But you can't argue: Are you breathing or not?

Dear Lord,
help me to stop trying to figure out this
situtation and just sit in quiet with you
for while.Take my anxiety and let it
be replaced with your peace,wisdom
and security.
